Refund & Rebuild Policy

Refund & Rebuild Policy

1. Nature of Service

Vetra360 provides a custom-built digital advertising system, including: Conversion landing page architecture Tracking configuration Platform ad account structuring Campaign build & deployment Call and lead tracking integration Ongoing monitoring and optimization (if enrolled in DFY management) Vetra360 provides system infrastructure and, where applicable, ongoing management services. Vetra360 does not guarantee revenue, sales volume, or profit outcomes.

2. Setup Fee ($997) — Build & Launch

The one-time setup fee covers the design, build, configuration, and deployment of the client's advertising system following payment and onboarding verification. Refund Eligibility The setup fee is: Non-refundable once build work has commenced. Build work is considered commenced when any of the following occurs: Asset intake begins Ad account configuration begins Landing page build begins Tracking integration begins Campaign structure creation begins If, prior to build commencement, Vetra360 determines the client is not a fit for the system, a full refund may be issued at Vetra360's sole discretion. No partial refunds will be issued for partially completed builds.

3. Ongoing System Options & Billing

After setup and onboarding verification, clients may continue with the system under one of two options: Option 1 — Vetra360 DFY Management ($397/month) Includes hosting, ongoing system management and optimization, and standard phone and SMS usage up to $25/month. Additional usage is billed separately. Requires a minimum 3-month commitment. Must be canceled in writing at least 3 business days prior to renewal after the minimum term. Option 2 — Vetra360 Setup + Handoff ($1,497 one-time) A one-time setup and full system handoff to the client's own GHL account. No ongoing fees from Vetra360 after handoff is complete. Client is responsible for their own platform costs and system operation going forward. Billing Terms (DFY Management only) Billed monthly in advance after the initial setup fee. Minimum 3-month commitment required before cancellation. Auto-renews monthly after the minimum term until canceled in writing. No prorated refunds for partial billing cycles. Failure to pay may result in system pause or restricted access.

4. Advertising Spend

All advertising spend is billed directly by the advertising platform (e.g., Meta or Google) to the client's own ad account. Vetra360 does not: Collect ad spend Control platform billing Guarantee platform approval Control platform policy enforcement Clients are responsible for: Funding their ad account Maintaining valid payment methods Ensuring compliance with platform policies

5. Performance Standard & Rebuild Guarantee

Vetra360 guarantees system functionality as configured — not revenue outcomes. If, within the first 30 days after launch: Campaigns remain active Recommended minimum budget levels are maintained Tracking is verified operational No structural interference is made by client Client follows implementation requirements AND The system fails to generate inbound leads or calls, Then Vetra360 will perform one (1) structural rebuild and relaunch at no additional setup fee. This rebuild guarantee: Applies once per client Does not include refund of setup or management fees Does not apply if campaigns were paused or budgets reduced Does not apply if client interfered with campaigns Does not apply if client niche is restricted or account disabled Does not apply due to lack of market demand

6. No Revenue Guarantees

Vetra360 does not guarantee: Specific cost per lead Lead volume Sales conversions Revenue generation Return on ad spend Business growth Performance depends on: Offer competitiveness Market demand Pricing structure Sales handling Response time Industry conditions Platform algorithm behavior

7. Client Responsibility

Client agrees to: Respond to leads promptly Maintain competitive pricing Provide accurate service information Avoid interfering with campaign structure Avoid modifying tracking or landing assets without authorization Failure to uphold these responsibilities voids rebuild eligibility.

8. Refund Policy

Refunds will not be issued for: Buyer's remorse Change in business direction Financial hardship Lack of sales follow-up Dissatisfaction unrelated to system functionality External market conditions All refund determinations are made at Vetra360's sole discretion.

9. Chargebacks & Payment Disputes

Filing a chargeback or payment dispute without first contacting Vetra360 support: Immediately voids rebuild guarantees Terminates service May result in collection efforts May result in legal recovery of fees Client agrees to resolve disputes in good faith prior to initiating financial disputes.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law: Vetra360's total liability shall not exceed the total fees paid by the client in the preceding 30 days. Vetra360 shall not be liable for: Lost profits Business interruption Indirect damages Platform account bans Policy enforcement actions Algorithm changes Third-party software failures

11. Force Majeure

Vetra360 shall not be held liable for delays or performance failures resulting from events outside its control including but not limited to: Platform outages Policy changes Government regulations Payment processor failures Natural disasters Internet outages

12. Policy Updates

Vetra360 reserves the right to update this policy at any time. Continued use of services constitutes acceptance of current policy terms.
